10/10
We stayed four nights, and we was treated like family right from the get-go. Reibal was a fountain of info about the sights and even gave us a free room upgrade! Breakfast was scrumptious, and I can't forget Julian, the friendly cat who kept us company on the terrace. Just a lovely little haven!

elegant Moroccan decor, spacious room with separate lounge, stunning rooftop terrace view
The lighting in rooms is unnecessarily dim, making it difficult to find things!!! The steep, uneven stairs are a safety hazard for guests carrying anything. Some noise from courtyard can disturb sleep or relaxation.

The welcoming mint tea and cookies upon arrival set a delightful tone for our stay.
The lighting in some areas, especially the corridors, felt a bit dim, making it hard to navigate at times.

exceptional riad with warm hospitality
The Ambassador Twin Suite amazed us with its traditional decor and comfortable atmosphere. Breakfasts served in the beautiful inner courtyards delighted our mornings, offering a perfect start to the day. Reibal's guidance through the medina made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. We particularly loved the stunning view of the surrounding landmarks from the roof terrace.
The historical ambiance was enchanting, but the amenities could use slight updates.

Awesome place with free Wi-Fi, a lovely lounge bar, and a seasonal indoor pool. On my first stay, the staff quickly helped with some technical issues. I highly recommend enjoying breakfast and hope to return soon!
